  • 2 slices, thick-cut white bread
  • 2 oz, grated cheese mix
  • 0.7 oz, Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Black pepper

  1. Break up the Parmigiano Reggiano into ¼ inch cubes. Scatter the Parmigiano Reggiano and the grated cheese over the bread.
  2. Toast the slices on Cheese Toast mode for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add black pepper to taste.
