  • 2.8 oz milk chocolate
  • 0.7 oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons, flour
  • 2 tablespoons, sugar
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

Ready in 20 min

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, or a bowl over hot water.
  2. Preheat the toaster at 170℃ for 8 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, add and beat the eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add the mixture from 1.
  4. Sift flour into 3 and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter from 4 into a heat resistant dish ⅘ of the way. Bake at 170℃ for 12 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve hot or chilled.
