- Soft baguette (6 inches long)
- 6 chorizos (each 4 inches long)
- 0.7 oz cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 onion (for sauté)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Salt
- 1/4 onion (for garnish)
- 1 tomato
- 2 pickles
- Cayenne pepper

- Chop the onions (for sauté and garnish), tomato, and pickles into small pieces. Cut chorizos into 0.4 inch thick pieces.
- Grease the frying pan with oil. Sauté the chorizos and chopped onion until brown, then add ketchup. Add salt as you like.
- Cut baguette into two pieces (horizontally) and top with the sautéed mixture and cheddar cheese.
- Toast on Cheese Toast Mode for 3-4 minutes.
- Top with onion, tomato, and pickles as you please. Sprinkle cayenne pepper if you want to make it spicier.
