Add a little festivity to your cup with this Eggnog Coffee recipe. This drink is the perfect way to start your day with a bit of the Christmas spirit!


Serves 2

  • 1/4 cup coffee grounds
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon nutmeg powder


Ready in 10 minutes

  1. In a heat resistant bowl mix together egg yolk, cane sugar, nutmeg, and cinammon with a whisk. Add the milk to the mixture and combine.
  2. Set the coffee grounds in a dripper, pour the hot water, and drip coffee.
  3. Heat the egg yolk mixture to around 140℉ in microwave.
  4. Combine coffee and egg yolk mixture in a mug and sprinkle extra cinammon powder for garnish.
