Our delicious hot curry sandwich features perfectly grilled bread and cheese that is melted just right. The aroma of the curry and the texture of the tuna is a match made in heaven. Light yet satisfying, this sandwich is both easy to prepare and easy to eat (as much) as you like.


Serves 2

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1/4 onion
  • 5 oz canned tuna

Ingredients A

  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Ready in 25 minutes

  1. Chop onion, soak in water for 15 minutes, and drain well.
  2. In a bowl, combine the oiled tuna (drained), onion, and Ingredients A. Mix well.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on one piece of bread, top with the tuna mixture, and then close it on top with the other slice of bread. Toast on Toast Mode for 3 minutes.
