- 1/4 onion, sliced thin
- 1.4 oz sour cream
- 2 cornichon pickles, sliced long
- Whole grain mustard

- Slice the onion. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise.
- Cut the bagels in half horizontally and toast on toast mode for 2.5-3 minutes.
- Spread sour cream on the bottom half of the toasted bagel. Add salmon, pickles, dill, and mustard. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the top half of the bagel.
