  • 2 bagels, halved
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/4 onion, sliced thin
  • 1.4 oz sour cream
  • 2 cornichon pickles, sliced long
  • Whole grain mustard
  • Black pepper
  • Dill

  1. Slice the onion. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise.
  2. Cut the bagels in half horizontally and toast on toast mode for 2.5-3 minutes.
  3. Spread sour cream on the bottom half of the toasted bagel. Add salmon, pickles, dill, and mustard. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with the top half of the bagel.
