  • 2 mochi (rice cakes)
  • 2 seaweed nori paper
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Ready in 10 minutes

  1. Place the mochi on a aluminum foil and bake on Oven Mode at 230 °C for 5 – 7 minutes or until it has fully swelled up and the edges change to a golden color.
  2. Coat mochi with soy sauce.
  3. Place one cheese slice on top of each baked mochi.
  4. Wrap the cheese-topped mochi in seaweed paper.
