(Regular Mode and 3 cups)<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-cooking-step__item\">As soon as the brewing is finished, put the coffee in a bowl and add the gelatin powder and granulated sugar. Mix well until the gelatin dissolves. *Add fresh cream to taste if desired.<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-cooking-step__item\">Pour the mixture into the containers for serving. Wait until the mixture has fully cooled and place containers in the refrigerator to chill for three hours.<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-cooking-step__item\">Make the whipped cream. Put the cream and granulated sugar in a bowl, whisk while chilling over ice water, and put into a piping bag.<\/li>\n<li class=\"c-cooking-step__item\">When the gelatin mixture (Step 3) has fully cooled and hardened, remove from the refrigerator. Top with whipped cream and garnish with red cherries.
