Grease baking pan with oilive oil. Place the mackerels with the skin side down on the foil. Grill for 15 minutes on Cheese Toast Mode.<\/li>\n<li>Cut each baquette into two slices and spread butter inside. Put the slices back together and reheat for 4 minutes on Beguette Mode.<\/li>\n<li>Remove bread from toaster and let cool slightly. Place (in order) red leaf lettuce, mackerel, mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, black pepper, and onions inside.
