Cut the bacon into \u2155 x1 inch pieces. Slice the mushrooms thinly. String the green beans. Slice the onions thinly, and put aside half for the fried onions.<\/li>\n<li>Place the green beans in a mini casserole or gratin dish, add oil, and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 230\u2103.<\/li>\n<li>Heat 0.3 oz of butter in a pan, add onion slices, turkey, bacon, mushroom and cook until soft.<\/li>\n<li>Add the rest of the butter(0.7 oz) and flour into the mixture from step 4, and blend in the oil evenly.
